Every session with Murat begins with a thoughtful conversation about your body’s needs. From there, he creates a personalized treatment using advanced therapeutic techniques. Whether you’re experiencing chronic pain, stress, or postural imbalances, your session will be fully customized using modalities like deep tissue, cupping, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, or scar tissue release.

What’s the difference between Custom, Enhanced, and Integrated sessions?Our tiered sessions are designed to meet you where you are. The Custom Session is tailored therapeutic bodywork. The Enhanced Session includes our full suite of healing tools. The Integrated Session combines massage, enhancements, and yoga for a complete body-mind reset.

Can I request a specific modality like cupping or craniosacral?Yes! When you book your session, you’ll fill out an intake form where you can share any specific techniques or services you'd like Murat to include—such as cupping, craniosacral therapy, scar tissue release, or lymphatic drainage. Murat takes your preferences into account and thoughtfully integrates them with any additional modalities he feels will best support your healing goals that day. Every session is crafted to meet your body’s unique needs.

Is yoga included in all sessions?Yoga is currently only included in our Integrated Sessions. These start with a short personalized yoga sequence designed to enhance alignment, breath, and movement before transitioning into your massage. Stay tuned as we may be expanding this offer soon!

Is the Renewal Ritual Scrub a massage?The Renewal Ritual is a standalone body treatment focused on exfoliation, hydration, and circulation. It is not a massage, though the 90-minute option includes a customized massage for deeper results.

Do you work with injuries or specific health conditions?Yes, Murat specializes in therapeutic work for pain, injury recovery, postural issues, and stress-related conditions. Please share your health history in your intake form so we can safely support your healing.

How should I prepare for my massage session?Arrive 5-10 minutes early to review your intake form for your first visit. Wear comfortable clothing and avoid large meals right before your appointment. Please communicate any areas of concern or recent injuries so I can tailor the session to your needs.

How many sessions will I need?This varies greatly depending on your specific condition and goals. For acute issues, you might experience significant relief in 1-3 sessions. For chronic conditions, a series of 4-6 sessions often produces noticeable improvement, followed by maintenance sessions as needed. Many clients also choose to receive regular bodywork for stress management and long-term wellness.

Can I add services or upgrades to my session?Absolutely. Add-ons like hot towels, specialized oils, or aromatherapy can be requested and paid for before your session begins. You can pay for add-ons in person using cash, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.

What should I wear during the massage?Depending on the type of session, you may undress to your level of comfort. You’ll always be properly draped, and your privacy and comfort are my top priorities. For certain modalities like lymphatic drainage or craniosacral therapy, lighter or minimal clothing may be preferred.

What is your cancellation policy?I require 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a 50% fee. For cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or no-shows, the full service fee applies. I understand emergencies happen, and I'm happy to work with you in those situations.

What if I’m running late?If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting the next client. You’ll be charged for the full session, so please plan ahead to arrive a few minutes early.

Are gift certificates available?Yes! Gift certificates make a thoughtful gift for birthdays, holidays, or just because. You can purchase them directly on my website or in person.
